Jennifer recently experienced a pivot in a project when her director was on vacation. Placed in a leadership role, Jennifer was expected to get the team to the finish line.
She directed the team to focus on certain areas, while she supported those that needed additional help, completed sections of the project, and despite having been stern at times, her team was thankful that they made the mark on time, the project ran efficiently, and everybody felt comfortable about the product that they produced.
